Remnants of downed aircraft started blazes and damage to civilian infrastructure.

No fewer than five individuals were dead in the past days when Moscow deployed five dozen projectile weapons and hundreds of aerial vehicles into nine regions across Ukraine.

Electrical Facilities Under Threat

The country's president states Moscow is again targeting the country's power systems ahead of winter and has revealed extra monetary resources to repair damaged facilities and establish a stockpile of components to reestablish energy.
